Welcome to AlphaPass. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AlphaPass platform, including all services related to event ticketing, payments, and vendor management.

By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Role of AlphaPass

AlphaPass provides a platform that:

• Enables vendors to list and manage events.
• Allows customers to purchase tickets.
• Facilitates payment processing and ticket issuance.

AlphaPass acts as an intermediary between vendors and customers and is not the organizer of events listed on the platform.

4. Ticket Purchases

Tickets are only confirmed after successful payment.

Upon confirmation, a digital ticket (QR code) will be issued.

Users are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

AlphaPass is not responsible for:

• Entry denial due to invalid or misused tickets.
• Event changes made by vendors.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through an integrated system within the platform.

Transactions require user authorization (e.g., mobile payment approval).

Payment completion depends on external systems (e.g., mobile network providers).

AlphaPass does not guarantee:

• Instant transaction completion.
• Prevention of delays caused by external systems.

AlphaPass charges a platform fee of 5% on applicable transactions.

6. Vendor Wallets and Withdrawals

Revenue from ticket sales is reflected in the vendor's wallet.

Funds may be subject to a processing or holding period before withdrawal.

Vendors may request withdrawals subject to platform rules.

Important:

• Vendors are solely responsible for any transaction or withdrawal fees incurred when receiving funds.
• AlphaPass may apply minimum withdrawal thresholds or processing timelines.

AlphaPass reserves the right to:

• Delay or suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, disputes, or policy violations.

7. Refund Policy

Refund decisions are primarily the responsibility of the vendor.

AlphaPass acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee refunds.

Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

• Event cancellation.
• Duplicate payments.

Refunds are generally not applicable for:

• Attended events.
• Missed attendance.
• Change of personal plans.

Where a refund is approved:

• It will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
• Processing times may vary depending on external systems.

8. Disputes, Chargebacks, and Fraud

Users must first contact the vendor regarding disputes.

AlphaPass may intervene where necessary but is not obligated to resolve all disputes.

AlphaPass reserves the right to:

• Temporarily freeze vendor balances.
• Investigate suspicious transactions.
• Reverse or block transactions where fraud is suspected.

Vendors may be held responsible for:

• Fraudulent activity linked to their events.
• Chargebacks initiated by customers.

9. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

• Provide accurate event information.
• Honor all valid tickets.
• Handle customer inquiries and refund requests responsibly.

Failure to comply may result in:

• Account suspension.
• Withholding of funds.

10. Limitation of Liability

AlphaPass is not liable for:

• Event cancellations, delays, or changes.
• Vendor misconduct or misrepresentation.
• Payment failures caused by external systems.
• Losses arising from user or vendor negligence.

All services are provided on an "as is" basis.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

AlphaPass may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

This may include restricting access to funds where necessary.

12. Changes to Terms

AlphaPass reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
